TOP 5 FOUNDATION FOR ACNE PRONE/OILY SKIN

I suffer from acne prone and oily skin since I reach my teenage age, and until now I still suffer with it, but much more better than before. To make it more better, of course I am using some skincare products that match my skin. But now I will tell you my TOP 5 Best Foundation for acne prone/oily skin. As an acne fighter, lots of cosmetics are not match with our skin. I can't use a product that contains mineral oil, parabens, bismuth oxychloride, pthalates, and the other ingredients that can harm my skin, so I really need to choose it carefully so my skin will not get affected with some irritations.

1. Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-In-Place Makeup

Source: Estee Lauder

This foundation is my number #1 holy grail foundation. It doesn't have any kind of harsh chemicals in there, and it's literally a long-lasting foundation for oily skin and not harmful for acne. It has a great buildable coverage, and matte all day long! The only disadvantage of this product is just the packaging. I don't like to pour the liquid onto my hand and make it messy, so I use the foundation pump from MAC for this foundation.

2. Urban Decay All-Nighter Liquid Foundation

Source: Urban Decay

This foundation is my number 2 choice. I like how great the coverage from the tiniest amount of this product can be use for the whole of your face with a great full coverage. The disadvantage of this product are the product is get oxidize easily, so when you choose the correct color for your skin, you need to choose 2-3 shade lighter than your skin color, and lastly, this foundation is not cover your pores. If you have a big pores like me, I recommend you to put some concealer on the are where your pores shown through and buff it gently, after that you can apply the foundation so it can blend well and have a nice finish.

3. Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour Foundation SPF15

Source: Tarte Cosmetics

This foundation is one of my favorite natural coverage base I've ever tried. They claim that it's 12 hour foundation, but it's actually not last long more than 7 hours on my skin. But so far its really a great option for you who don't want to wear a heavy feeling foundation. Because It's not feels heavy at all, it feels moisture even though its an oil free foundation. You need to choose the color carefully because the color on the websites and the when the product arrive, some of them are not the same. So, I suggest to read or watch some reviews online, and then you can decide. This foundation is oxidize too after 5-10 minutes you apply on the skin, that's why I recommend you to buy 1-2 shade lighter for this product.

4. Clinique Beyond Perfecting™ Foundation + Concealer

Source: Clinique

I bought this foundation recently after I watched a view reviews on youtube, and after that I hit the counter and bought it without thinking. The first reason why I bought this was how easy the product is. I literally can use this product not just as a foundation but I can use it as concealer too. But, I'm a little bit disappointed for the first trial. It's not cover anything at all, but when I try for the second time, it shows that the foundation literally worked, and have a natural finish. Even though, not have a really great coverage, but its great for natural finish, and if you don't mind when some of your acne scars or maybe the acne self shown a bit. I personally don't mind, so its really great for my skin. It's not causing me some allergies at all.

5. Boujois Healthy Mix Serum Foundation

Source: Bourjois

This foundation is actually for all skin types. The first time I interested with this foundation was when I watched Estee Lalonde makeup routine video on her channel. She has a dry/combination skin type, so I'm a bit pessimistic on this product. But, after I try to courage myself and bought this, I fell in love with this serum foundation. It's really great, even though this foundation is not giving you a coverage to cover the imperfections on your skin, but it gives a healthy glow looking skin. the consistency is gel, and work as a half foundation/half serum for your skin. It keeps your face hydrating. I always put some good oil control primer, and some heavy coverage concealer before applying this foundation to make it more natural finish. If I'm to lazy, I just using a primer, and this foundation, and dust a bit of powder, and I'm ready to hit the door. It last quite long on my face around 5 hours, if the weather is quite hot outside, and 8 hours in the room with AC on. It's not harm the acne on my face and not clogs my pores.
